14 short films in the main selection of 14th OFF
A total of 14 countries will be presented in this year's OFF Shorts – Wolf Competition selection, a record number of participating countries on one OFF edition.
The 14th edition of the Sarajevo Youth Film Festival this summer brings over 40 films, and a special accent as every year is placed on the OFF Shorst – Wolf competition selection, which will present 14 films this year.
The selector of this year's selection is director Ado Hasanović, who after watching more than two hundred short films chose the best.

This year’s films in OFF Shorts selections are Notte romana by Valerio Ferrara (Italia), Vlada goes to London by Arti Savchenko (Izrael), What do you think? by Ioana Vatamanu-Margineanu , The Lark (Ševa) by Katarina Krstić (Serbia), Trebala bih krenuti by Sara Ristić (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Adio by Karlo (Croatia), Ficciones by Teo Planell, Alejandra Kikidis (Spain), Bits by Áron Horváth (Slovenia), On Your Behalf by Ana Garcia Rico (UK) , Milk tooth by Boris Gavrilović (Germany), Victoria by Lukas Grevis (Luxemburg), Green Desert by Carolina Schmidt (Austria), Vera by Hana Bucalija (Kosovo), Cocon by Lisette Vlassak (Netherland) .
"Watching movies for selection is like time travel for me where I find myself. What I watch in movies as I select them are the simple stories and nature of the actors. I focus a lot on authors who are honest and whose films cause me emotion, also focus on movies that have some unusual elements and crazy ties but that they are films that are simple and have something human in them. " – said Ado Hasanovic, director of the OFF short programmer.
This year's 14th Sarajevo Youth Film Festival takes place from 19-23 July at four Festival venues. In addition to competition selections, this year's Festival will present the talent program OFF New Generation, educational program OFF School of Film, which begins on 10.6.2022. Two concerts will be held as part of the Festival this year.
During the month, Juna OFF will present other programmatic content and special guests, world teen stars.
