HR Producer
Zdenka Gold, born in 1975 in Zagreb, graduated in Italian language and literature, Indology, and Lusitanic studies at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. At the University of Arts in Belgrade, she enrolled in postgraduate studies in Cultural Management, Balkan Cultural Policies, and Interculturalism. She participated in the Berlinale Talent Campus in Sarajevo and Berlin, as well as in numerous specialized film workshops such as EEFA 2010, EURODOC 2011, EP2C 2012, EAVE 2013, ACE 2015, and PRODUCTION VALUE 2016.
In 2019, Gold participated in the jury of the “Shoot the Book” program at the Cannes Film Festival, which presents selected literary works for adaptation to producers. In 2020, 2021, and 2023, she was a member of the Film Commission for the annual national awards “Vladimir Nazor.” From April 2020 to February 2022, she served as the Artistic Advisor for Feature Films at the Croatian Audiovisual Centre (HAVC), and since October 2023, she has held the position for minority Croatian co-productions. In 2023, she was a member of the International Jury at the ZagrebDox festival, a member of the Script Jury for Blockbuster at the Pula Film Festival, and a member of the Grand Jury at the Four River Film Festival in Karlovac. She is a member of the Croatian Film Workers Association and the Croatian Producers Association.
