The Telemach Youth Film Festival Sarajevo is probably organized by the youngest production and festival team in Europe, and perhaps in the world. The Festival team consists of young people from seventeen to thirty years old. In addition to team members whose vocation in life is film and production, our team also includes many lovers of the festival who, in addition to their regular jobs, perform responsible tasks and functions of the Festival. In addition to the festival team that works throughout the festival, seasonal colleagues and over 80 volunteers join the Festival before each edition, so that in the end Telemach OFF is organized by over 80 young people every year.
