For the third year in a row, Telemach OFF is trying to organize great music events during all days of the Festival in addition to a great film program. In order to satisfy all tastes and needs, this year the Festival has decided on a combination of music events that will be available to everyone throughout the city. The music program of the Festival consists of the OFF Buzz program, the official program of the Festival that presents opening and closing parties and concerts every year, and a special party program as part of the Somersby Party
