Ozana Ramljak is a writer, Croatian scholar and professor at the University of Vern, where she is the head of the BA study in Film, Television and Multimedia Design and Transmedia Dramaturgy and the MA study in Film and Television Directing and Production. She received her doctorate at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb on the radio drama work of Ivan Slamnig. She worked as a senior advisor for culture and education in the Office for Ethnic and National Communities or Minorities in the Government of the Republic of Croatia.

Then she hosted the show From the Language Treasury of screenwriter and interviewer Tomislav Ladan. She participated in the preparation and performance of numerous shows of the Scientific-Educational and Entertainment program of Croatian Television. She is currently the vice-president of the Program Council of Croatian Radio and Television. She has published scientific and professional works in numerous Croatian and foreign magazines. She has also published eight books for children and is the winner of awards for her literary work.
